Is there an age or weight limit?

Classes are designed for men and women of all ages, sizes, shapes and levels.

What is the size of each class?

The number of students in each class will vary depending on the specific class. Everyone has their own pole.

What should I wear?

Shorts and a tank top for pole, leggings and t-shirt for aerial classes! Shorts should be above the knee, as you use the skin on your legs to grip the pole. No hand or wrist jewellery. Please do not apply any cream on your legs, arms or hands on the day of the class.

Are there levels?

There are four distinct levels: Basic, 1, 2, 3 and 4. Open classes mix levels, but we recommend starting with some Pole Basic and Flexy classes. As soon as you feel more confident, you can join the Open-level classes and Pole Gym!
